Cancellations Policy

An order can be canceled before it’s sent to production (Maximum 3 hours after order placement). If the product is in production, data and money have already been transferred to the Production. 

Refunds Policy

If a product has arrived damaged or flawed due to a manufacturing error, we offer a refund of the damaged item. 

Contact us within 30 days of the damaged product delivery.

Please note that a refund is not offered in these cases:

  • Lost orders with an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
  • Products that were received as requested; however, the customer wishes to have another size/color instead
  • Garments with a minor size deviation from the size guide measurements

Returns Policy

If one of these unfortunate issues does pop up, all we need is photo proof. We will assist with any questions, comments, feedback, or concerns.

Buyer’s Remorse

If the order arrives at a buyer’s specified address in a reasonable time, in good condition, in the correct size, and has no production errors, we don’t see a reason to accept returns and exchanges.
